Berith Andersson

Berith Andersson is currently the Enhetschef at Compass Group Sverige, where they focus on a large production kitchen for healthcare and welfare, along with developing processes and routines using the Mashie production system. They previously held roles as a Verksamhetsutvecklare at Fazer Food Services, where they developed systems, manuals, and training programs, and worked as a project leader in scheduling. Berith's earlier experience includes various positions in the food and healthcare sectors, such as restaurant management and support roles at Danderyds Sjukhus AB. Berith is currently pursuing studies in contract law and scheduling at Visita and is furthering their education in mathematics and healthcare at Komvux and Edsvikens vårdgymnasium, respectively.
