Andy Maus

Andy Maus serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Compass Group, leading HR and Communications for the Healthcare sector since August 2019. Prior to this role, Andy held key HR positions at US Foods, first as Director from 2012 to 2014, and then as Senior Director from 2015 to 2019, overseeing HR functions across multiple divisions and a significant HR team. Previous experience includes roles at Discover Financial Services as Director of Learning & Development, and various positions at Sears Holdings Corporation, including Chief Learning Officer. Additional experience includes HR management at Kmart Corporation and educational roles at Baker College. Andy holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Western Michigan University, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
