Becky Wise

Becky Wise, MA, SHRM-CP, is a Senior Manager in the Strategic Projects group at Compass Group USA, where they focus on the onboarding and integration of new clients as well as critical business initiatives. With extensive experience in talent management roles at companies such as JetBlue Airways and EY, Becky has developed a robust skill set in project management, stakeholder management, and change management. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Communication and a Master of Arts in Communication, both from Fairfield University, where they also studied abroad in Australia and Belgium. Outside of work, Becky enjoys hiking, photography, and cooking, and has traveled to over 40 countries.
