Bobi Adle

Bobi Adle is a seasoned food service and hospitality leader with extensive experience in multi-unit management and staff development. They managed day-to-day operations at Manresa Restaurant, a prestigious two-Michelin-star establishment, before progressing to roles at Compass Group where they oversaw numerous concepts, focusing on training and operational excellence. Previously, Bobi gained valuable insights into the industry through positions at various notable restaurants, including The Water Grill, Frances Restaurant, and Bistro 45. They hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Directing and Theatrical Production from the University of California, Santa Barbara, alongside formal training in acting. Currently, Bobi serves as a Resident District Manager at Compass Group.
