Brian Troxler

Brian Troxler is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and compliance. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition - Employment Screening at Compass Group USA since July 2019, Brian has also held roles such as Sr. HR Manager and HR Consultant within the same organization. Additionally, Brian has been a Human Resource Consultant at Crothall Services Group since 2009 and has previously worked as a recruiter at both Compass Group and Morrison Management Specialist. Brian holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
