Christopher Lewless is an accomplished labor relations professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Labor Relations and Labor Relations Counsel at Compass Group since June 2024, Christopher's previous positions include Senior Labor Relations Consultant at F&H Solutions Group, Vice President of Labor Relations at JetBlue Airways, and Global Director of Human Resources for Automotive Structures at Constellium. With a solid foundation in human resources and labor relations, Christopher has effectively managed large teams, developed strategic corporate labor relations strategies, and led significant organizational change initiatives. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law and a Master’s in Labor Relations and Human Resources from Michigan State University School of Human Resources and Labor Relations.
