David Bruce

David Bruce has over 21 years of experience working offshore in the catering industry, beginning as a steward with ESS in 2004. They have progressed through various roles, including Lead Steward and Chief Steward at Sodexo Remote Sites, where they successfully managed teams and contributed to safety initiatives on platforms like the COSL Rival and Borgholm Dolphin. In their current role, they serve as both Chief Steward and Helicopter Landing Officer, overseeing safe flight operations while managing a team of 18 staff. David has also enhanced their leadership skills by assisting in HR processes and conducting disciplinary hearings throughout their career.
