Denise McGrenra is currently the Head of Catering Operations at Compass Group, where they focus on delivering exceptional service in the hospitality industry. With over 15 years of experience, Denise has successfully opened multiple restaurant locations and demonstrated strong planning and organizational skills throughout their career. They previously held roles such as General Manager at CH&CO and The Character Group's Townhouse Restaurant, where they excelled in staff development and customer satisfaction. Denise also served as Sales Director at PCC Ltd, where they managed key accounts and facilitated significant marketing growth across various regions. Currently, Denise is furthering their education in Psychology at Queens University, Belfast.
