Doreen Lin is an experienced sales and operations leader with a strong background in business development, client relationship management, and team leadership. Currently serving as Regional Sales Director for Compass Group in the West China Region since September 2021, Doreen drives new business initiatives and strategic planning. Prior to this, as Sales Director at 埃顿集团 from September 2019 to September 2021, Doreen developed strategic relationships to expand business in West Central Region, forecasted revenue, and implemented market strategies. Doreen's earlier tenure at DHL Global Forwarding spanned over a decade, during which time Doreen held various leadership roles, including Branch Manager and District CSSV Head, focusing on growth, customer satisfaction, and training. Doreen holds an MBA from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China and a Bachelor's Degree from Sichuan University of Science & Engineering.
