Ed Baia

Ed Baia, FMP, is currently the Resident Regional Director at Compass Group, where they leverage their extensive operations management experience. Previously, Ed held various leadership roles, including General Manager at Everything But The House and Assistant Unit Director at ESFM USA, where they managed team performance and operational processes. They also served as Workplace Operations Manager at Palantir Technologies, overseeing facility services and strategic workplace initiatives. Ed earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Business Communication and International Business from Nichols College, and participated in a study abroad program at the University of Virginia.
