Jen Suelflow

Jen Suelflow is currently the Group Manager at Compass Group, a position they have held since 2023. Jen's previous experience includes roles such as General Manager, Sous Chef, and Food Service Director at Compass Group, and Line Cook at 1 Hotels and Lobster Bar Sea Grille. They also completed a Culinary Arts Associate’s Degree at the Culinary Institute of America and a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Florida International University, both with a GPA of 3.6. Prior to their managerial roles, Jen gained valuable experience as an F&B Management Trainee at Carnival Cruise Lines and a Culinary Intern at The Girl and the Fig.
