Layana Celin is a certified food safety professional with over a year of experience in large-scale catering operations. Previously, they have held positions at Lotte India Corporation Limited, where they assisted in implementing food safety protocols, and at Sagar Group Food & Hospitality Services Private Limited, where they conducted audits and trained staff. Currently, Layana is a Senior HSEQ at Compass Group, focusing on upholding food safety standards. They hold a Bachelor of Technology in Food Technology from Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Engineering College and certifications in HACCP Level 3, FSSC 22000 Version 6, and FoSTaC training.
