With a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) credential, Lucy optimizes processes and systems to enhance organizational efficiency. Previously, at Hyperoptic, they led significant system-wide changes that improved operational efficiency and customer experience. Lucy's earlier roles include positions at McLaren Automotive, where they managed continuous improvement initiatives and served as a project manager intern at Babcock International Group. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Business Studies with First Class Honours from the University of Hertfordshire.
