Luis Bueno

Luis Bueno is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in leadership roles across various regions. Currently serving as the Director of Employment, Equity, and Social Impact at Compass Group since May 2010, Luis has held multiple positions within the organization, including Asia Pacific CHRO and People Director for both Asia Pacific & CAMEA and LATAM. Prior to Compass Group, Luis worked at McDonald's Brasil as CHRO and Human Resources Director, and held managerial roles in human resources and change management at IBM Brasil, Kimberly-Clark, and Unilever. Luis holds a degree in Psychology from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, and an International Baccalaureate from Pearson College UWC.
