Matt Bateman

Matt Bateman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Compass Group Canada since October 2008, Matt is focused on delivering exceptional service in the foodservice and support services industry. Previously, Matt held the position of Senior Scheduler at Beacon Community Services and worked in various roles within human resources at West Corporation. Matt began a career in management as a Restaurant Manager at Torrefazione Italia. Educationally, Matt obtained a Management Certificate of Achievement from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, specializing in HR Management, Leadership Development, Organizational Behavior, and Business Ethics.
