Raised in Connecticut, they developed a love for food through home-cooked family meals and the local bounty from New England. With a career spanning numerous renowned establishments, Michael has worked as a Private Chef, Executive Chef, and Regional Chef, honing their culinary skills in locations such as New York City, Florida, Hawaii, Philadelphia, and Paris. Michael earned an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from the Lincoln Culinary Institute between 2006 and 2008.
