Mike Baxter

Mike Baxter is a seasoned General Manager with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. They began their career as a Conference Supervisor at Pelham House from 2007 to 2010, and later worked as an Event Manager at De Vere. Mike advanced to Operations Manager at De Vere from 2012 to 2014, before serving as Conference Banqueting Manager and Food and Beverage Manager at Exclusive Collection. Recently, they have taken on the role of General Manager at Sodexo from 2022 to 2025, while also managing operations at Compass Group since 2024. Mike holds qualifications in business studies, information technology, and physical education from Bhasvic College, where they studied from 2002 to 2004.
