Peter Holman

Peter Holman has an extensive career in operations and management within the catering sector, currently serving as Head of Operations at Compass Group since July 2013. Prior to this role, Peter held the position of Regional Manager for West Sussex and the Isle of Wight. Peter’s experience also includes a tenure at East Sussex County Council from April 2004 to July 2013, where responsibilities included Contracts Manager for Catering and Senior Contracts Officer. Additionally, Peter worked at Mid Sussex District Council from September 1997 to April 2004 as a Catering Supervisor/Manager.
