Robert Kovacs has extensive experience in compensation and benefits management, currently serving as a Retired Compensation & Benefits Professional at Compass Group USA, Inc. since October 2018. Prior to retirement, Robert held the position of VP Total Rewards at Compass Group, overseeing compensation, benefits, and retirement programs for over 160,000 associates across 50 states. Earlier in Robert's career, experience includes working as a Claims Examiner at CNA Insurance.
