Previous experience: Robin joined Compass as HR Director for UK & Ireland before becoming Managing Director of the education business in the UK, Chartwells and then Group Chief People Officer. Robin stood down as Group Chief People Officer on 25 November 2019 and was appointed Managing Director, UK & Ireland on the same day. Robin’s career in human resources includes roles at Scottish and Newcastle Breweries, Diageo plc and Woolworth’s (part of the Kingfisher PLC).
