Tom Veripapa

Tom Veripapa is a Global Vice President at Compass Group, overseeing workplace operations across NorAm, EMEA, India, and APAC. With a strong background in global food service and hospitality, they previously served as the North American Vice President of Sodexo and held various leadership roles at Compass Group, including Senior Director of Operations and Area General Manager. Tom is skilled in strategic leadership, business operations, and financial reporting, as well as building collaborative relationships with stakeholders. They are currently pursuing degrees in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations at Baruch College and Culinary Arts at the Culinary Institute of America.
