Yücel Ayaz, born in Malkara, Tekirdağ, began primary school at five years old and completed middle school at İstanbul Büyükçekmece Lisesi. They graduated from Tekirdağ Namık Kemal Lisesi and earned a medical degree from İstanbul Üniversitesi Cerrahpaşa Tıp Fakültesi at age 21. Ayaz completed a master's degree in Health Management at Namık Kemal University and served in various roles within the Tekirdağ Tabip Odası, including as President from 2014 to 2016. Currently, they work as a medical doctor with Compass Group and have held leadership positions including President of Tekirdağ Kent Konseyi from 2019 to 2023. Ayaz is married and has two children.
