Michael Matelis

Michael Matelis has a diverse work experience in economic consulting firms. Michael started their career at BearingPoint in 2002 as a Manager, where they worked until 2008. Michael then joined FTI Consulting as a Senior Director in 2009, specializing in providing economic analyses for clients in the railroad and transportation industries. In 2017, they transitioned to Compass Lexecon as a Senior Economist, and later became the Vice President, focusing on developing complex analytical models, conducting market research, and providing economic insights across various industries. Michael has extensive experience in supporting clients through regulatory challenges, legal disputes, and major litigation cases. Michael is skilled in developing reports, delivering presentations, and formulating strategies to advance project goals.

Michael Matelis attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1998 to 2002. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics.
