Thilo Klein is an economist with extensive experience in competition policy and antitrust, currently serving as Executive Vice President at Compass Lexecon since February 2012, having previously held the position of Senior Vice President. Prior experience includes a tenure as Senior Consultant at NERA Economic Consulting from 2002 to February 2012, and roles as an Economist at Macroconsult S.A. and Economic Adviser at the Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas, both in 2001-2002. Thilo Klein was also a member of the Commission of Free Competition at Indecopi from 2000 to 2001 and served as Head of Investment Promotion at Promperu from 1997 to 2000. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of York, a Diplom in Regionalwissenschaften from the University of Cologne, and a Postgraduate Diploma in European Competition Law from King's College London.
