Mark Lee is the Group Programme Director of a four-station cluster at Compass Media in the Cayman Islands and a recipient of the SBE Broadcast Innovation Award for 2025. They have a diverse background in broadcasting, having worked as a DJ and promotions manager at various venues, including The Pier Nightclub and Fishbowl Bar, and held roles as a radio presenter and studio manager for stations across the UK. Currently, in addition to their leadership role at Compass Media, Mark is pursuing a Diploma with Distinction in Mechanics & Engineering from Plumpton College.
