Jonathan Rose is an experienced financial executive with a strong background in strategy and leadership. As Chief Strategy Officer at Compass Minerals, Jonathan leads corporate strategy initiatives. Previously, Jonathan served as Chief Financial Officer at Standard Power, and held senior roles at Deutsche Bank as Managing Director and Head of Metals & Mining for the Americas, as well as Managing Director at BMO Capital Markets and Executive Director at UBS Investment Bank.
