Todd Kipper

Todd Kipper is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the minerals and food industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Sales at Compass Minerals since 1995, Todd has led various sales forces across the United States, managing sales projections, budgets, and SG&A spending. Previous roles include Regional Manager for both Industrial and Consumer Divisions, where Todd was responsible for all sales and marketing activities in the eastern United States and managed significant national grocery accounts. Todd's career also includes a tenure as Director of Sales at North American Salt and sales representative roles at Farmland Foods and FDL Marketing. Todd holds an MBA from MidAmerica Nazarene University and a BA in Marketing from Loras College.
