Joe Tricker

Joe Tricker has extensive work experience in various leadership and management roles. Joe is currently serving as the Central Operations Director of PMO at CompassMSP since 2024. Prior to this, they worked at Braden Business Systems as the Director of IT Services and IT Operations & Service Delivery Manager from 2020 to 2023. Joe also worked as a Project Manager at Axia Technology Partners in 2020. From 2016 to 2020, Joe served as the Director of Technical Operations at Accelerate, where they were responsible for service delivery and played a key role in determining the organization's direction. Before that, they worked at MotherG as the VP of Service Delivery / Project Manager from 2012 to 2016, leading and mentoring a team while overseeing service delivery and process design. Joe began their career as a Sr. Network Engineer at IT Lighthouse from 1998 to 2012, where they worked on various projects and served as a technical advisor. Prior to this, they worked as an Electronics Technician / Computer Support at CVS Systems Inc. and as a Co-Manager at various fast food restaurants. Joe also has experience as a Surveillance Officer at the Cass County Probation Department, where they monitored individuals on in-home detention and provided court testimonies.

Joe Tricker attended Ivy Tech Community College from 1990 to 1996, where they obtained an Associate degree in Electronics. Prior to that, from 1988 to 1990, they attended Indiana University Bloomington for Education, though it is unclear if they completed a degree. Before their college years, they graduated from Marion High School in 1988, earning a National Honor Society - High School Diploma with a focus on Advanced Placement - Academics. In terms of certifications, Joe Tricker obtained several Microsoft certifications including MCPS, MCTS, and MCSE1, primarily in the late 90s and early 2000s.
