Jonathan Campos

Jonathan Campos has extensive experience in the IT field, currently serving as Reactive Team Lead, Escalation Engineer, and Sr. Service Desk Engineer at CompassMSP since August 2020. Prior to that, Jonathan worked as an IT Support Associate at All Florida Paper from April 2019 to August 2020, where responsibilities included designing and implementing network expansions and configuring access points. Earlier roles include Technical Support Specialist at Johnson Controls and Technical Support Analyst at InComm. Jonathan holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from Florida State University and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology with a focus on Cybersecurity from Miami Dade College, complemented by an Associate's degree in Psychology from the same institution.
