Bill Haddock

Bill Haddock currently serves as the Vice President of Pharmacovigilance and Clinical Safety at Compass Pathways, a position held since June 2024. Prior to this, Bill held the role of VP of Safety and Quality at Ovid Therapeutics from May 2017 to June 2024 and served as Senior Director at Biogen between May 2015 and February 2017. Bill's extensive experience in the biotech industry spans over 16 years, including a background in Drug Safety/Pharmacovigilance, pharmacoepidemiology, risk management, and regulatory interactions. Additionally, Bill was the Director of Global Safety at Amgen from August 2004 to March 2015, specializing in safety management for biosimilars. Bill's medical career began as a Pediatric Resident at North Shore University Hospital and included a position as a locum tenens physician at Valley Presbyterian. Bill received an MD from Emory University School of Medicine, an MPH from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, and a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Vanderbilt University.
