Gary Gilmour

Gary Gilmour is an accomplished professional in the field of preclinical research, currently serving as Vice-President and previously as Director of Preclinical Research at COMPASS Pathways plc since April 2020. Prior to this role, Gary Gilmour accumulated extensive experience at Eli Lilly and Company from October 2000 to April 2020, holding various positions including Research Advisor in the Pain Discovery Group and Translational & Integrative Neuroscience, as well as Principal Research Scientist and Interim Director in the In Vivo Pharmacology Group. Gary Gilmour's academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy (DPhil) in Neuroscience from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Science (BSc Honours) in Pharmacology from the University of Glasgow.
