Manal Hantash

Manal Hantash is a seasoned toxicologist with extensive experience in the field of toxicology, currently serving as a Research Scientist at Compass Pathways since October 2024. Prior to this role, Manal held the position of Principal Toxicologist VII at Sequani Limited from September 2019 to September 2024, where responsibilities included developing study plans and assisting in the training of toxicologists. Manal's career at ITR Laboratories Canada Inc. spanned nearly two decades, during which time Manal advanced through various positions, including Study Director, Quality Assurance Supervisor, Quality Assurance Team Leader, Quality Assurance Inspector, ADME Technician, and Pharmacy Technician. Manal's educational background includes a degree in Science with a focus on Biochemistry from Concordia University, obtained between 1997 and 2000.
