Patrick Staples

Patrick Staples has a diverse work experience in various companies and organizations. Patrick started their career as a Post-Doctoral Fellow at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, where they focused on digital phenotyping. Patrick then worked as a Data Scientist at Mindstrong, developing and applying statistical methods to their digital phenotyping data. After that, Patrick joined Migo as a Senior Data Scientist, where they played a crucial role in enabling and providing loans in underserved areas. Later, they became the VP of Data Science at Alto Neuroscience, contributing to the development of targeted therapeutics for mental health conditions. Currently, Patrick is working as an Instructor at Stanford Continuing Studies and as a Principal Data Scientist and Engineer at Compass Pathways.

Patrick Staples has a Ph.D. in Biostatistics from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, a Master of Arts (MA) in Biostatistics from the same institution, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Statistics and Mathematics from Brigham Young University.
