Ryan Bastle

Ryan Bastle is a seasoned neuroscientist and medical affairs professional currently serving as a Senior Medical Science Liaison at Compass Pathways. They previously held a similar role at AbbVie, where they provided field-based medical support for the psychiatry portfolio. Ryan earned a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from Arizona State University and has also worked as an adjunct assistant professor at both Queens College and Yeshiva University. Their research experience includes a postdoctoral fellowship at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, where they specialized in neuroepigenetics. In addition to their extensive academic background, Ryan holds an Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology.
