William Canning

William Canning is an experienced executive with a robust background in operations and management across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Compass Precision since March 2023, William has held the position of Director at C5 Technologies since October 2008. Previous roles include Vice President of Factory Operations and Head of Operations for North America at ARRIVAL from March 2020 to August 2022, and Vice President of Operations & Program Management at GenZe by Mahindra from June 2013 to March 2020. William also owned Ridder Thermal Management and held multiple leadership roles at Henze Industries, including Vice President of Operations and Plant Manager.
