Eric Bilbrey

Eric Bilbrey currently serves as the Senior Director of Technology Systems, People Strategy and Solutions at Compass Group USA, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Eric worked at Dentsply Sirona as a Sr HR Transition Manager, where significant HR initiatives were driven, including the launch of a global recruiting platform and the establishment of a Project Management Office for HR. Eric's extensive experience includes a long tenure at Bank of America, where roles varied from Business Support Manager to Service Delivery Manager, with a focus on talent acquisition, operational efficiency, and HR technology implementations. Eric also contributed to the Nashville Entrepreneur Center as a Project Management Intern, providing resources for entrepreneurs, and has experience in educational roles, including teaching and coaching in business programs. Eric holds an MBA in Human Capital and Strategy from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor’s degree in Music from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
