John Liotti

John Liotti has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies in the food service industry. John began their career as a District Manager at AVI Foodsystems, where they created a wellness program and platform that led to a contract extension with Honda. John later became a Regional Manager at AVI Foodsystems before moving on to Guckenheimer as an Area Manager. In this role, they developed, acquired, and onboarded new accounts in two new markets. Currently, John is working at Compass Group USA. John has held various roles, including District Manager, Regional Director, and VP of Operations. Throughout their time at Compass Group, they have achieved significant accomplishments such as launching the first national contract Carbon Foodprint program and expanding the food court concept for major brands at Wells Fargo sites. John has also established Compass as the exclusive provider for Wells Fargo and restructured the contract management team to improve customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
