Laura Powers has extensive experience in the hospitality and food service industries, currently serving as the Director of Operational Performance at Compass Group USA since January 1999. In this role, Laura oversees quality initiatives and develops the FLIK Analytic Dashboard to enhance customer experience based on audit results and customer feedback. Prior to this, Laura held the position of Catering Sales Manager at Le Meridien Hotels & Resorts from January 1992 to December 1998 and served as the Director of Banquets at Hyatt Hotels Corporation from 1989 to 1992. Laura is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where studies were completed from 1985 to 1989.
