Michael De Leon has extensive experience in the culinary and hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager at Compass Group USA since February 2020, following roles as Assistant General Manager and Sous Chef at McCarran International Airport. Prior to this position, Michael was the Executive Chef at Arizona Charlie's hotel and casino from March 2011 to February 2020, and previously worked as Assistant Room Chef at Stratosphere Hotel and Casino from 2001 to 2012. Michael received a degree in Culinary Arts from the Art Institute of Colorado, where studies were completed from 1998 to 1999.
