Mikail Bashir

Mikail Bashir is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and creative writing. Currently serving as the EVS Operations Manager at Compass Group USA since May 2019 and as a Supervisor in Facility Management at the University of Indianapolis since July 2018, Mikail demonstrates strong leadership and organizational skills. Additionally, Mikail has a long-standing commitment to creative writing through various roles, including contributions to Stories from Heartbeats and alphabash theatre industries, focusing on poetry, drama, screenwriting, and other literary forms. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Management and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership, both from the University of Indianapolis, as well as a diploma in a Masterclass Screenwriting course from Hampton Court Studio in the UK, and a Higher National Diploma in Accounting from Yaba College of Technology.
