Sem D. has extensive experience in corporate finance and operations, currently serving in corporate finance at South Street Securities Holdings, Inc. since December 2024. Sem also holds a long-term position in the United States Marine Corps, focusing on supply, purchasing, logistics, transport, and operations since August 2006. Since January 2018, Sem has worked with Compass Group USA in an advisory and development role, particularly with innovation and strategic projects for notable clients, including Pfizer and American Express. Previous roles include experience in corporate asset finance at Kroll Bond Rating Agency, structured primary ratings at Moody's Investors Service, and capital markets at J.P. Morgan, along with equity markets at NYSE Euronext. Sem began a career in management as a managing partner at Small Engine Repair Shop from 2004-2006.
