Stacy Stapleton

Stacy Stapleton, CPPM, CWPC, is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as a Pastry Chef for Compass Group USA since October 2022, focusing on pastry production for the Microsoft campus. Prior roles include Production Manager and Kitchen Manager, where management of food production and team training were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes serving as Clergy Chef at the University of St. Thomas, COO of The Sassy Pecan, and Chef Instructor at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Minneapolis, where curriculum design and instruction in various culinary disciplines were highlight responsibilities. Stacy holds a CPPM in Project Management from the University of St. Thomas and an AAS in Culinary Arts from Minneapolis College.
