Stan Pasterczyk

Stan Pasterczyk is an experienced food service professional currently serving as the Vice President of Operations with National Accounts at Compass Group USA since February 2022. Prior to this role, Stan held various positions at Eurest from September 1994 to February 2022, including District Manager, where oversight included six food service operations across five states generating over $10 million in annual sales, and General Manager, responsible for daily operations, financials, ordering, menu planning, and inventory management. As an Executive Chef, Stan managed all aspects of food production, safety, and sanitation. Stan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from the Academy of Culinary Arts in Mays Landing, NJ, completed between 1991 and 1993, and graduated from Middletown High School South in 1990.
