Allyson Golightly is an experienced real estate professional with a strong sales and project management background. Currently serving as President of Brightstar at Compass since September 2018, Allyson previously held the position of VP of Sales at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. from June 2016 to April 2023. At The Marketing Directors, Inc., from August 2009 to June 2016, Allyson excelled as an Associate Broker, leading sales and marketing for the ST Residential project. Earlier roles include Project Manager at Novare Group, overseeing residential condominium contracts for numerous high-rise buildings across five cities, and Closing Specialist at Morris and Raper Intown and Coldwell Banker The Condo Store, where Allyson developed and implemented standardized procedures for real estate transactions.
