Andrew Carroll

Andrew Carroll has a diverse professional background encompassing political, financial, and academic sectors. Experience includes serving as a Political Intern for Elizabeth Esty for US Congress and Chris Murphy for US Senate, where over 900 hours of service were logged, and significant voter engagement was undertaken. As an Analyst and Senior Analyst for McLagan, Andrew effectively managed data for industry survey publications and utilized advanced Excel and Access skills to meet client needs. Andrew has conducted research at Yale School of Public Health on the impact of obesity on thyroid cancer and engaged in health economics research at the University of Connecticut. A tenure at Deloitte as a Consultant in Human Capital preceded current responsibilities as Senior Manager of Compensation Programs at Compass. Andrew holds a BA in Economics and Psychology, a BS in Business Management, and a Master's in Business Analytics and Project Management from the University of Connecticut, along with an undergraduate semester abroad at CIMBA.
