Ann Pierson

Ann Pierson is a Founding Broker at Compass, where they have been recognized as a top 1% agent nationally. Previously, Ann served as a Managing Broker at John L. Scott Real Estate from 2000 to 2018 and worked as a consultant for Planners International from 1988 to 1995. Ann holds degrees in Cultural & Medical Anthropology from Michigan State University and Japanese Language from Konan University, in addition to studying Poetry at the University of Washington. As a Certified Negotiation Expert and Certified Residential Specialist, Ann is also a founding member of the Luxury Home Marketing Institute and The Platinum Group, and has been awarded the Seattle's Best 5 Star Agent honor every year since its inception.
