Ashley Hess

Ashley Hess is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in agent development and business building. Currently serving as a Sales Manager at Compass since September 2020, Ashley previously held multiple leadership positions at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage from July 2012 to September 2020, including Branch Vice President for both the White Marsh and Fells Point offices, and a Business Development Specialist focused on agent development and internet sales conversion across the Mid-Atlantic region. Earlier career roles included serving as an Executive Assistant to the President at Yerman Witman Gaines & Conklin Realty, along with positions as a Realtor, Transaction Coordinator, and Relocation Specialist. Ashley Hess earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Notre Dame of Maryland University in 2006 and holds a High School Diploma in Law & Public Policy from Towson High School, awarded in 2002.
