Ben Kaufman is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in sustainability and community development. As Co-Founder of Beneficial Ventures since January 2017, Ben has contributed to Washington State's first Social Purpose Corporation real estate brokerage, focusing on enhancing community livability. Concurrently, Ben serves as a Real Estate Broker at Compass and as Board Chair for Remember Land. Previously, Ben founded GreenWorks Realty, the nation's inaugural green brokerage, and held positions at Keller Williams Realty, Valbridge Property Advisors, and Allen Brackett Shedd.
