Bob Gibbs

Bob Gibbs is an experienced real estate professional, currently serving as a Licensed Real Estate Professional at Compass since December 2017, specializing in the East and South San Francisco Bay Area. Additionally, Bob works with the Compass Military Division, a team of real estate experts who have served in the U.S. Military. Prior to his current roles, Bob held various positions in the manufacturing and operations sectors, including Director of Manufacturing Operations at R2 Technology, where revenue was increased from $0 to $50 million in two years. Bob's extensive background includes senior roles at several companies, alongside a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from National University and leadership training at Leadership San Ramon Valley. Bob's early career includes military service with the U.S. Navy Seabees, where skills in construction and electrical work were developed.
