With extensive experience in the luxury market, Bree previously served as a Luxury Real Estate Consultant at Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty from September 2011 to July 2018, where a strong reputation in Rancho Santa Fe and Coastal Luxury real estate was established. Bree also holds the title of President at Bree Estape Design since January 2002, leading a boutique interior design firm focused on upscale residences in North County coastal communities. Ann Brizolis and Associates and Luxury Sales Associate at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, alongside previous ownership of interior design firms and a furniture store. Bree holds a Bachelor of Architecture in Interior Design from the Design Institute of San Diego.
